Public Service Leadership is a forum for improving leadership in UK public services. We are a partnership of 11 leadership development organisations, working together to develop better-led public services that will improve citizens' lives.

Collaborate to innovate
All 11 leadership development organisations working in public service have come together as Public Service Leadership to collaborate across government and to be a catalyst for change. Our leadership development expertise ranges across national and local government, defence and emergency services and the health and education sectors.
By working together we aim to address the challenges people face in all aspects of their lives and that are not covered by individual public services.
Public Service Leadership Community of Practice
Our leadership community website showcases leadership learning, joint research and innovative practice across the public sector. It's a place where you can connect with leaders and leadership development practitioners from a range of sectors and we want your help to make it the most useful and effective resource for you and your organisation.
