National School of Government/PSL paper presented at European conference
The National School of Government's Rob Worrall presented new work on public service leadership development to the European Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance in Athens, 5-6 November.
The new paper entitled 'Co-creating public service leadership development in a new era of collaboration' sets out "an emerging approach for exploring challenges faced by leaders." The research investigates, "whether an alliance of public service leadership academies is able to co-create and deliver a new leadership development initiative."
