Our current challenge is to develop solutions that will enhance the capacity and capability of leaders working in all areas of public service. This will help organisations to tackle the most complex issues and meet the needs of UK citizens.
Collaboration in the public services is happening all the time but our focus on leadership is something new. As such our future direction is not pre-determined, and we expect some unexpected and revealing turns ahead.
